Privacy notice

This notice explains what KPN Estates does with personal information collected through kpnestates.co.uk. It is written to be readable rather than to hide behind legal language.

What is collected

• Information you send by email, such as your name, contact details and the details of your property.
• Basic, aggregated website statistics, such as which pages are read. This site uses the statistics provided by its hosting platform and does not run advertising trackers.
• Information supplied when you enquire about a property or a service, kept so the conversation can be continued.

Why it is held

To reply to enquiries, to provide services that have been agreed, to keep records of what was agreed, and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Who it is shared with

Only where necessary to deliver a service or where the law requires it, for example accountants, referencing providers, or a contractor attending a property. Personal information is not sold.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as the law requires, typically six years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Email nivehthan@kpnestates.co.uk and it will be dealt with.
