Useful things to include: the address or area, whether it is a flat or a house, how many bedrooms, whether you own it or are buying, and the outcome you want. If you already have figures, send them and I will tell you what I think is missing.
Response time
Usually within two working days. If it is urgent and we already work together, call the number you were given at the start. Otherwise email is best.

London. Serviced accommodation and HMOs across the boroughs, with most of the practical detail depending on which council you fall under.
